Being intent on focusing your day on working, achieving goals, thinking, doing and actively engaged all the time in +positively charged energy output…..especially for a female…can upset the “Yin/Yang” ebb and flow of life force within. For the male, this too can put too much pressure and stress on the adrenals, liver and heart.
